The process of “bater açaí” is a set of mechanical actions resulting in the extraction of juice from the açaí fruit, a meticulous process that generates a food consumed daily by the population in the north of Brazil. This project seeks to transform this process to the digital medium, where interaction with the screen replaces mechanical action.
