Cables go through underwater. The Internet signal crosses the line. It makes you and me coexist. <*I better save again> is a 3D imagination of how people lose their memorization abilities as they are dependent on the Internet and digital devices. The image of memory deterioration caused by the development of the Internet and digital technology was created in a 3D virtual space. In addition, in <*I better save again>, the voiceless language freely floating in the virtual space creates a poetic gesture beyond the role of subtitles.
Sohyun Lee

Sohyun Lee (b.1993 in Seoul) is a multi-discipline, 3D video and installation artist based in Germany and South Korea. She studied painting and sculpture in Seoul and Nuremberg. Currently, she studies media arts in Cologne. Her works were shown in many various places, including Seoul, Berlin, Bonn, Cologne, Dusseldorf, Nuremberg, Tbilisi, Athens and Brno in the Czech Republic.
