EternOrgasmo

“EternOrgasmo” is an experimental videoart and animaphorism with music from project Posthuman Worm, led by Ciberpajé. The animation is a story-aphorism-sound that speaks of a hypertechnological future in the “Post-Human Dawn” in which orgasm-inducing nanorobots become cheap and accessible and millions of beings will enjoy their abilities by entering a state of orgasmic trance for hours on end and reaching the transcendence of the ego and reconnection with nature and the Cosmos. The musical track that engendered the work was “Nanobot Orgasm Inductors” from the album “CybOrgasmOrgy” by Posthuman Worm, a release by the record label “Terceiro Mundo Chaos Discos”, from Curitiba, Brazil. EternOrgasmo was conceived, directed and edited by Ciberpajé (aka Edgar Franco) in partnership with C.N.S. (aka Diogo Soares) who fed a neural network/AI with more than 300 original artworks and some photos by Ciberpajé, thus creating an exclusive database for generating animations, making the AI learn the artist’s unique aesthetics through “machine learning”. The proposal breaks with one of the crucial critical issues of AI, the “theft of copyrighted art”, since in EternOrgasmo the aesthetic base and visuality were created from a bank of analog artistic images of the artist himself (Ciberpajé).

“EternOrgasmo” was conceived, directed, and edited by Ciberpajé (aka Edgar Franco) in collaboration with C.N.S. (aka Diogo Soares), who trained a neural network/AI with more than 300 original artworks and some photos of Ciberpajé, thus creating an exclusive database for generating the animations, enabling the AI to learn the artist’s unique aesthetic through machine learning. The project breaks away from one of the crucial critical issues surrounding AI, namely the “theft of copyrighted artworks,” since in “EternOrgasmo” the entire aesthetic foundation and visuality were developed from a database of analog artworks created by the artist himself (Ciberpajé).

Ciberpajé is a transmedia artist, one of the Brazilian pioneers of the poetic-philosophical genre of comics, and mentor of the performance band Posthuman Tantra. Post-doctor in arts from Unesp-Brazil, doctor of arts from USP-Brazil, and permanent professor of the Postgraduate Program in Visual Art and Culture at UFG-Brazil.
C.N.S. is an architect and urban planner evolved into audio-visual processes, fused music and visual elements in a different way.
