This piece is part of the cyberliterature series Artefactos, programmed with HTML (HyperText Markup Language). In a text box, you can write a poem of up to 10 lines in Spanish, using verbs conjugated with the endings -ar, -er, -ir, -ando, -edo, -se, -ado, and -ido. The artefact receives your poem and darkarchaizes your verbs, replacing them with verbs from a disused or archaic-dark list that share the same conjugation. A glossary at the end of the artefact provides the meanings of these verbs.
AI Context
This work was created almost entirely through AI. Using prompts in DeepSeek, the chatbot was instructed to generate the code, receiving precise directions while also being asked to suggest ideas to improve the piece. The list of archaic verbs was initially suggested by the chatbot, although additional verbs were later added based on the author’s personal preference. The definitions were provided by the chatbot and then reviewed by the author.
