Going in circles is possibly one of the most rebuked acts of worry. In this performance, the presence of the software is conceptually a generator of worries, which while in execution will leave the living beings with whom it meets interested in the act of worrying. The only solution would be to turn it off; turn me off, or I’ll devour you. Transposed here in web art, when clicking download the software will export a single note variation, valid as a work from the homonymous series — always titled Untitled (Notation for understanding a structural sadness) — with an associated ID. This work can be printed, or deleted. Tulio Costa writes: […] I am interested in the free time to follow the circular route of a paper printed by digital technology whose performance will be complete when there are no more notations. This is a disproportionate conceptual abuse. That’s why I cry! The whole life I invented to be happy would not be enough to complete this performance. The beauty of infinity. I wept when faced with this work because the fragments, the loose images, the smooth canvas that Byung-Chul Han criticizes so much do not account for the wonderfulness that is the completeness of Andrey Koens’ art-life. […] Excerpt from White Fags Crying with a Full Belly?: Reflections on Fag Ethics and Structural Sadness, unpublished interlocution by Tulio Costa on works from the unpublished virtual exhibition Cry Wolf: Chora, Lobo; July 2022.
